Research and development of Sialon-Si<sub>3</sub>N<sub>4</sub> gradient nanocomposite ceramic tool and discussion on cutting performance

چکیده
Abstract Nickel-based alloys have excellent mechanical properties and are widely used in the aviation aerospace industries. However, high-speed cutting of nickel-based has characteristics high force, temperature, low tool life. Tools with performance important for high-quality machining inner-base colleges universities. Many scholars begun to discuss use gradient functional materials nanocomposite research methods effectively integrate thermal stress relaxation surface compressive nano-compliance toughening mechanisms form Sialon-Si3N4 ceramic tools. Based on this, this paper introduces technology its characteristics, establishes corresponding model, analyzes through experiments clarify application value tool.
